The Shortest Man on the Earth



A Citizen of Philippines named Junrey Balawing has been declared the World's Shortest Man on the Third Earth. He is a residence of Sindangan, a rural town on the island of Mindanao, 865 kilometers in the south of the capital Manila in Philippines. The height of the World's Shortest Man is not more than 2 feet, about 23.5 inches or 59.93 centimeters. He is the eldest son of a local blacksmith named Reynaldo Balawing. Junrey was born in his native town Sindangan on June 12, 1993.
